Behaviour that is repeated and unwanted by the victim and causes them alarm and distress is harassment. It can happen to anyone of any gender, religion, ethnic origin or sexuality and is never the victim’s fault.
If you feel this has happened or is happening to you, we have further information on harassment and stalking.
We’re all different but feeling worried, isolated or angry are all perfectly normal. Don’t feel alone and that no-one can help.
Just talking to one of our team about what you have gone through will make you realise that there are people on your side who will support you and help you understand what your choices are and how you can make yourself or your property safer.
