Haig Housing

Haig Housing offers a wide range of housing assistance and options ranging from general needs rental housing for ex Service people and their families in housing need, through to specially adapted housing Service and ex Service people with serious wounds and disabilities.

Hambleton Housing Options Team

Assistance with registering on the Housing List, help and advice for people looking for or living in privately rented properties, help if you are homeless or at risk of homelessness and assistance with adapting or improving your home. Free advice and support service for 16-25 year olds who are having issues with their housing situation.

Harrogate Housing Options

Can help with many different housing problems whether you live in council owned housing or private sector housing; can also offer impartial advice to landlords. Work with a wide range of other agencies who provide support and assistance to people who are homeless or may be experiencing housing difficulties, including starting a new tenancy.

Providing housing advice and assistance to households who are homeless or threatened with becoming homeless in order to prevent their homelessness.

The Beacon Catterick

Accommodation is available to single service leavers from the Army, Royal Navy and Royal Air Force, either on leaving or those who have left several years earlier and become homeless. Residents are able to live at The Beacon for a maximum of 18 months, in that period staff and associated agencies will work with residents to help: Secure permanent housing, facilitate independent living skills, improve health and well-being, deliver education and training and access employment and further education.

The Single Persons Accommodation Centre for the Ex Services

SPACES is a project based within the Resettlement / Welfare complex at Catterick Garrison, North Yorkshire. It provides an accommodation placement service for single personnel being discharged from all three services.
